After you pay, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This email will have all the details about your flight, plus instructions on how to book your boat tour with ZigZag Whitsundays.
The boat tour is already included in the price you paid. You just need to choose which day you want to go. Remember, you cannot do both tours on the same day. Pick two different days during your holiday.
Your combo ticket includes everything – the scenic flight, the boat tour to Whitehaven Beach, lunch, snorkel gear. There are no hidden costs.

What to Bring:

Age Requirements:
Kids aged 4 and up can come on both tours. Children under 4 travel free on the boat
Fitness Level:
You don’t need to be super fit. The walk to the lookout takes about 15-20 minutes on an easy track. If you choose the snorkel option, you should be comfortable in water, but life jackets are available.
Weather Policy:
Both tours depend on good weather. If it’s not safe to go, you can change your booking to another day or get a full refund. The operators will contact you 1-2 hours before departure if there’s a weather problem.
Tour Duration:
The boat tour runs from 9am to 5pm (8 hours). The scenic flight is 60-70 minutes, plus pickup time. Plan for about 2.5 hours total for the flight day.
Group Size:
The boat holds up to 80 passengers. The plane takes 13 passengers maximum. Both tours give you plenty of space and personal attention.
