During the day, an incident occurred involving a fellow guest who became extremely aggressive, using inappropriate language and directing threats toward Lachie regarding his wetsuit not fitting. I was very impressed with Lachie's composure and professionalism in handling the situation, to the extent that I felt compelled to intervene and remind the guest that the issue was not Lachie's fault. I later noticed that this guest had submitted a review that inaccurately reflected the situation and attempted to tarnish the company’s reputation. This follow-up review from “Henry failed to mention his disruptive behaviour, which was deeply frustrating, especially given that he eventually managed to fit into his wetsuit after considerable disruption.
Lachie, your patience and conflict resolution skills are commendable, and I aspire to develop similar abilities in challenging situations. Fortunately, this incident did not detract from the overall enjoyment of the day for my partner and the other guests, all of whom had a fantastic experience. Exploring the Whitsundays has been one of the most memorable days of my life, thanks in large part to Lachie, Jai, and Di during check-in.
Additionally, the lunch provided was absolutely delightful—particularly the potato salad, which was the best I have ever tasted. Kudos to the chef!

I was on the same tour as Henry (negative review below), and I witnessed firsthand his disrespectful and abusive behavior towards the crew members. They remained incredibly calm and professional throughout, despite his unwarranted aggression. It's unfortunate that he's attempting to damage the company's reputation with a clearly biased and inaccurate review.

We first went to Chalkie's Beach for snorkeling. Beautiful spot with lots of live corals and a wide variety of underwater species. Unfortunately it rained most of the time for us 😕
The crew was great and really cared about the safety of the guests.
The only point of criticism was the organization of the pick-up and return trip to the hotel and that there were hardly any drinks available to buy on board.
Otherwise everything was great.
The food was really good and plentiful, so everyone was full.
Highly recommended as this is also a local, family-run business, which we are happy to support.
And I proposed to my babe on Whitehaven beach......fair to say the day was amazing

We booked with this company as it was the last available option in the area and that seems to be for a good reason. There was a problem with the boat and we were unable to go to the usual beach and have lunch there, which is advertised as a highlight. So, we had to have lunch in the boat. The boat is narrow speed boat and not designed to have everyone aboard have a buffet lunch, it was very crowded, nowhere to get out of the sun and took well over 2 hours.
The skipper was in a foul mood and was rude to serval of the guests, he was even telling some people that he couldn’t wait to leave the company.
Because of the slow lunch we only got to snorkel for 45 minutes at the skippers 3rd choice stop (we stopped 2 other times but after mooring the skipper decided to move on)
I contacted the office to see if there was a way we could get some money back as we didn’t get the full experience and she told me it was because of the weather. She clearly hadn’t been informed that the skipper was telling everyone there was a problem with the boat.
A poor experience for 220 dollars and poor customer service.
